 What is your return/refund policy?

We have a 30 day return/refund policy on every product we carry. The product, whether new or reconditioned, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please return in the original packaging along with a copy of your shipping order. An e-mail will be required to give a refund. Please give your reason for return, date purchased, and a phone number for us to contact you.

Is my information kept confidential?

 Any information obtained for the order process is kept confidential. We do not share any information with any other individuals or companies.

 How much are the shipping charges?

 The shipping charges vary dependent upon the weight of the products ordered. The weight is listed with the product and will be added to your total price when you check out.

 How long does it take for me to receive my order?

 The order will be processed in 3 business days. The delivery time is dependent upon the billing address given. Most orders placed in the USA shipped by Fed-Ex is 5-7days. Express shipping can be delivered within 3-4 days. A higher shipping fee would apply for express delivery. E-mails and orders placed are checked several times a day.
